3 questions for ... Hatem Ben Arfa

Published on the 20 September 2006 à 15:53 by BV

Hatem Ben Arfa talks about his joy at getting back into action after more than a month out with injury…

Hatem, you’re back training with the squad again. We can imagine you’ve been waiting for this moment for a while now…
Yes. I’ve been running for the last week. But finally I’m back training with the squad and it’s just great to be back on the park.

You’ve been injured since the Toulouse game. It hasn’t been too hard?
It’s certainly been long because I’ve been out for a mont hand one week. It’s gone well, even if the last bit of any comeback is always the hardest. Now that I’m back, I hope not to get injured for the rest of the season.

How have you seen the team’s start to the season?
We’ve started really well. Since the very first match the team has been playing well, in the Champions League and in the league. We still have to keep it going, mind you, but I’m confident we can. There’s no reason why we can’t.
