OL Women face Saint-Etienne at the Stade de Gerland (15h00), for their last match before the final of the Champions League.
The show promises to be at the rendezvous on Sunday afternoon at the Stade Gerland. At 15h00, the women’s derby will conclude a great day devoted to women's football: http://www.olweb.fr/fr/Accueil/100007/Article/56233/OL-feminin-ASSE-au-stade-de-Gerland-ce-dimanche.
Just 11 days before the final of the Champions League against the Germans of Potsdam, OL Women will play their final match of the season at home against Saint-Etienne. After the 6-0 success achieved at St Etienne last weekend, Lyon will be trying to take their 21st victory in as many matches.
This is probably the best way to prepare the final in London, already in everybody's mind: "We must win and suffer no injuries, said coach Patrice Lair. Lotta Schelin is on international duty, others will leave early in the week. So we have to manage the playing time. Elodie Thomis will return in the group, Corine Franco and Ingvild Stensland will train on Sunday morning." The two players, just back from injury, will not play with the reserve team, as was originally planned.
