Fabio Grosso and Kim Källström both played for, and won with, their respective national teams. A special mention for the OL left back, who marked his appearance with a goal.

[IMG42453#L]In Genoa, reigning World Champions Italy beat Georgia 2-0. Olympien Fabio Grosso played the whole match and scored his side’s second goal. The Italians stay in 2nd place in group B, 1 point behind Scotland and 1 in front of France. The Scots and the Italians will face off on Saturday November 17.

[IMG41391#L]In Vaduz, Sweden beat Liechtenstein 3-0. Kim Källström played for an hour, replacing Ljungberg in the 40th minute. The win sees Sweden take a big step towards qualification; they now top group F, 6 points ahead of 3rd-placed Northern Ireland, whom they will take on in Solna on Wednesday.
