All three of Olympique Lyonnais’ Champions League Group E opponents win this weekend…

[IMG41156#L]Against Unirea Urziceni, 12th in the Romanian standings, Steaua Bucarest won 3-0, just four days before their visit to the Estadio Santiago Bernebeu.
Cosmin Olaroiu’s side profited from losses to Otulul and Cluj to open up a three point gap between themselves and their nearest rivals in the battle for second place, however they still trail leaders Rapid Bucharest by 12 points.
The goalscorers for Steaua were Vali Badea (57’), Nicolita (61’) and Dica (71’).

[IMG41157#L]In a second away match in three days, Dynamo Kiev registered their second win away to FC Kharkov 2-0. The Dynamo goals came from Kléber (79’) and Shatskikh (87’). Anatoli Demiananko’s side won their 10th game in 12 matches. They lead second-placed Shakhtar Donetsk by three points.

[IMG41155#L] Real Madrid defeated Nastic Tarragona, 3-1. After going behind to a penalty on half an hour battled their way back into the lead thanks to goals to Roberto Carlos (44’), Helguera (50’) and Robinho (85’).
The win sees Fabio Capello’s side climb one place in the standings to third, just two points behind leaders FC Barcelona.
