At the end of training on Thursday, Guus Hiddink announced a squad of 19 players for the trip to Arnhem. The Dutch coach also welcomed back most of his injured players.

Alex will be back in the centre of defence after his groin strain. While PSV can also profit from the quality passing of Jason Culina, back after suffering from a sore ankle. The Ivorian Aruna Koné is back from the CAN in Egypt, but he is likely to start on the bench. The only player still missing is the midfielderJohn de Jong, who is suffering from a serious knee injury.

This Friday at 20:30, PSV travel to Vitesse Arnhem, currently tenth in the standings. Already boasting a five-point lead over Feyenoord and AZ Alkmaar, PSV will be hoping to pile the pressure on their direct rivals who play on Sunday in the rest of round 25 of the Eredivisie.
Vitesse Arnhem traditionally fare well against PSV: in their last seven meetings, Diego Farfan and co. have scored 16 goals and conceded just one, their last defeat dates back to the 2001/02 season, 0-2.
