Following three big days of hard work (wake-up work out, fitness training and ball work), the Olympique Lyonnais players enjoyed a nice Saturday in Tignes. There was now pre-breakfast workout and the morning was filled with games. The players could choose between badminton or indoor wall climbing, in the magnificent new TIGNESPACE complex.
Camille Abily and Corine Franco got stuck into the badminton before joining their teammates on the wall. It was an impressive set up with various levels of difficulty. Elodie Thomis, Eugénie Le Sommer and Lotta Schelin are all excellent cimbers. The activity requires total concentration and is hard on the arms.
Sarah Bouhaddi, Wendie Renard, Eve Perisset, Elise Bussaglia and Laëtitia Tonazzi worked in the weights room and with club physio Yannick Millet.
While the rain fell outside, the players enjoyed an free afternoon with table tennis and aquatherapy high on the list of leisurely pursuits.
