Gérard Houllier :

Sunday, OL is off to Lens. How would you describe this meeting?
When we used to train at Racing Club de Lens, we were marked for life by the atmosphere and supporters there. I am happy to say that Lyon has such warmth and support for the team as well. It is well known that there will be an emotional element to the game for some of us, notably Alou Diarra and Patrice Bergues. We’re expecting a match Champions League proportions. We are ready.

How are your injured players doing?
Honestly, I don’t think neither Fred nor Benzema will play before the winter break. I’m not going to risk the chance of a relapse when there are just two games to go. I have total confidence in the team playing currently. Sylvain Wiltord and John Carew are also injured. François Clerc, on the other hand, isn’t sick any more, and can now play.

Will you be satisfied with a draw?< b>
I want to win. That’s why we are going there.

lens doesn’t concede many goals at home. Does that worry you?
We have been in this position before, against Marseille and Le Mans, when Le Mans was undefeated at home. I’m confident. We also concede very few goals.
