Two days after their large victory over Debrecen in the Champions League (4-0), the OL squad headed back to training this afternoon at Tola Vologe.
Without Makoun, Lisandro, Bodmer, Delgado and Cléber Anderson, Claude Puel’s players were reunited this afternoon at Tola Vologe for an à la carte training session. While Bats, Lloris, Vercoutre & Hartock challenged one another at a foot tennis, the rest of the group – Govou, Toulalan, Kolodziejcak, Cris, Clerc, Belfodil, Pjanic, Cissokho, Seguin, Gomis, Källström, Tafer, Gonalons, Réveillière, Grenier – did physical work in the company of Vincent Espié, the fitness coach. On one of the adjoining pitches, the Brazilians Ederson and Bastos finetuned their fitness under the watchful eye of Patrick Collot, Claude Puel’s assistant.
At the end of the session, if certain players preferred to head straight back to the dressing room, others hung back on the pitch. While the duo Toulalan-Seguin tested themselves against Govou and Kolodziejcak, the Brazilians Bastos and Ederson defeated the duo Puel-Collot. Finally, the trio Tafer, Grenier and Belfodil continued the seance with some work in front of goal, under the orders of Sonny Anderson.
