After a double training session on Wednesday, with a physical workout in the morning and ball work in the afternoon, the OL professional squad was back at work at 10:30 on Thursday morning at the Tola Vologe training complex.
It was under very grey skies that the first players emerged onto the synthetic playing surface. It was a long workout for Gomis, Dabo, Grenier, Fofana and Ederson under the orders of fitness coach Robert Duverne.
During this time, the rest of the squad worked on the bikes indoors or received treatment.
After 30 minutes, the entire squad, minus the internationals, got together to work in front of goal with a more traditional session.
Lisandro, who took part in training with the ball yesterday, was back in training this morning and is working hard to be ready, perhaps as early as the Rennes game.
Next training is scheduled for 10:30 on Friday.
