Olympique Lyonnais has noted the LFP Disciplinary Commission's decision to close the Northern and Southern stands of the Stade de Gerland for Friday's match against Montpellier, following the serious incidents during the derby between OL and ASSE on 8 November 2015.
The Club asks its season ticket holders and those with tickets for these to sections not to come to the Stade de Gerland on Friday. They will be refused entry and their tickets have been cancelled, in keeping with the LFP's ruling. People that purchased a ticket for this match in these two stands are asked to present themselves to the ticket office from Monday 30 November to ask for a refund.
The LFP Disciplinary Commission also sanctioned the club with a suspended one-match stadium ban due to the serious nature of the incidents.
Olympique Lyonnais reminds all that it is prohibited to light emergency flares and fireworks either inside or outside the stadium.
