"There was enormous pressure in the team in the lead-up to the match, as we had to win to avoid finding ourselves in a tough situation. In the first half, ASSE parked the bus a bit but when they started to really play, it opened ups some space for us. That's when hometown hero Rachid Ghezzal stepped up and clinched the win by getting our second goal past Ruffier, who was imperious all night.
This win takes us up the table a bit before our trip to Nice. For that match, we should have our injured and suspended players back in action. And I'm not forgetting that we have a match against Juventus coming up - a match we have to win if we're to achieve our objective of reaching the Champions League last 16."
