Just under two days after their win over Ajaccio, the OL players hit the training ground at Tola Vologe on Monday afternoon. The preparations for Saturday night's decisive clash with Monaco are now under way. On the menu for this first session of the week was some passing work and then a game for the eight players who didn't take the field on Saturday. Nabil Fekir, Arnold Mvuemba and Gaëtan Perrin took part in this session under the brilliant sun.
The starters from Saturday's match had a slightly lighter session, as is often the case 48 hours after a match. A 20-minute jog around the training centre pitches served as active recovery for the OL lads. Olivier Kemen and Aldo Kalulu, who returned to action with the reserves at the weekend, joined this group. Henri Bedimo (knock), Corentin Tolisso (hamstring injury picked up against Ajaccio) and Mathieu Valbuena (muscular fatigue) didn't train with the rest of the squad. The next planned session is set for Wednesday, behind closed doors.
