The top three all won… while at the other end of the table, nobody has been cut adrift...

The top three all picked up maximum points on the weekend. PSG came from behind to beat Lorient, OL did likewise against Nice and the ten men of OM held on against a fast-finishing Lens. But in the end, they all have three more points. OL won their first away game of the season and extended their unbeaten run to eight matches. ASSE, ASM and FC Nantes all drew.

Les Girondins de Bordeaux also go back to winning ways to keep pace with Les Lyonnais. Montpellier also won and climbed back into the top half the table alongside FC Metz.

Elsewhere, Sporting Bastia, ETG and FC Lorient are all stuck in the relegation zone after Guingamp got a much-needed home win against the Corsicans. ETG have lost their last three games, without scoring a solitary goal. LOSC had another match without a win (4 in a row). TFC are sliding down the table…
